Maintenance Impact
What will be available:
All customer-facing endpoints will be active and available during this deployment. This includes the following:

  • Login and UI
  • Image hosting, link redirects, tracking, and Forms data collection
  • Instant Trigger and Advanced Event Trigger (AET)
  • All API calls (APIs for posting data and triggering mailings will be queued)

What will be paused:
All back end services will be paused for the release. All activities scheduled or submitted during the deployment window will be queued until services are restored.

  • The following services will be paused 2 hours ahead of the release as follows:
  • Imports
  • Exports
  • Date Calculated Mailings
  • All remaining services will be paused at the start of the maintenance window
  • ALL END TIMES ARE TARGETS AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE

Reporting data will continue to be collected and processed when services are restored.

  • Subject Line Testing (SLT) winners will not deploy until reporting data has been processed.

We recommend that you schedule all time-sensitive campaigns or import jobs to run at least 3 hours before the start of the release window.
